USA Return and Echange
Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of initial delivery
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Products must be clean and free of animal hair . All package are subject to inspection.
Some specials do not accept exchange but accept return. Special instructions will be given on the details page.
Please note that orders valued at $400 or more are final and non-returnable.
Other country: Such as UK, Canada, Australia, Gemany, only support product quality problem to return.

Damage
In the rare instance that your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make things right for you. Please reach out to us at service@rabbitgoo.com within 3 days of receiving your order, attaching photos of the issue. We'll promptly send you a replacement product, and there won't be any additional cost once we confirm the damage. We appreciate your understanding that slight color variations may occur between platforms, and we're here to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
Refund
A return for a refund to your original payment method will be subject to a return shipping label at charge of $7 . Except cat climbing tree, car dog barrier, please inquire service@rabbitgoo.com before return.
All refunds are processed for the total amount paid for the item ordered, but please note that shipping charges are non-refundable,because the shipping cost has already been incurred.

This return policy only for products purchased from rabbitgoo.com,not for the authorized seller - please return your product to the place of purchase for a return. Each seller has their own set of return policies and Rabbitgoo is only able to refund, exchange, or credit a purchase if it was made directly through Rabbitgoo.com.
