	Step 1: Connect the Two Parts of the Dog Harness Snap the shoulder buckles up. The upper and lower parts of the harness are connected.
	Step 2: Put the Harness Over the Dog's Head Slide the front opening through your dog's head, with the side with the handle facing up. The front hook-and-loop panel should be on your dog’s chest.
