It took a few tries for my kittens to adjust, but now they walk, run and play in it like they're not wearing anything at all! It looks super cute on them too. I started them in it at 3 months, but they're 4 months old now and growing so quickly that I probably have to buy the next size soon!

I purchased two of these harnesses for my cats to have them on a lead in my yard (I live in a city and they are not accustomed to cars so this is how I give them outside time safely). I really like these harness, but I would like to be clear that they are NOT ESCAPE-PROOF though I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing in the context I'm using them. They are certainly extremely hard for the cats to get out of if put on them correctly, however if they struggle very hard for a while they can manage to get out of them. This is fine as it's often very clear they're doing so, and so I can fix whatever snag they're stuck on and let them go on their way. Further, there have been a few instances of fire trucks driving by or dogs barking which scares me cats a lot, causing them to full speed bolt for inside the house. If these harnesses were actually escape proof the cats would certain be hurt by the jerk-back of the lead while bolting, but because they can break out typically at those speeds they slip out the front when the lead goes taught and continue into the house. As said, personally the fact that these are not completely escape proof is a boon to me, but it is important in my opinion for others to be aware of this as in your situation this may not be beneficial.

Absolutely excellent design craftsmanship, material has a nice weight and feel. I’ve never come across a harness this well made. Colors are great looking also. 2 of our cats have short legs and even they can’t escape. Highly recommend!

I couldn't get my kitten to wear a harness. He kept going crazy trying to take them offWhen I got this harness I put it on him he tried to take it off and act like he couldn't walk like he was dead cuz he didn't like it on. I gave him treats. Danny was playing with the hexabug. And he's had it on for 2 hours now and he fell asleep with it on. So we're keeping This excellent harness. I just had a distract him the right way it seems to fit well now I have to check out the leash.
